Foundations CPT course

8 Weeks | $6,100 | 144 Hours
Mondays–Thursdays | 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Training Refresher Course

5 Weeks | $3,200 | 60 Hours
Tuesdays–Thursdays | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Whether you're a certified trainer returning to the field, someone who took time away from the industry, or simply want to deepen your skills and confidence, this 60-hour hands-on refresher course is designed to get you back in the game — stronger than ever.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll gain practical, in-gym experience focused on:

  • Effective cueing and coaching

  • Proper form and modifications

  • Program design and progression

  • Real-time training with feedback

  • Movement assessment and client readiness

Led by experienced instructors, this course gives you the space to rebuild your confidence, sharpen your knowledge, and walk away with the tools to thrive again in today’s fitness landscape.
