My passion for fitness started when I was 5 years old. I started running with my dad every morning, practicing push-ups, sit-ups, and headstands with him in our living room. For as long as I can remember, there was hardly a free moment when I wasn’t hitting my punching bag, doing chin-ups in my room, or running top speed down the street!

My first goal came at the age of 8 when I saw a man on an exercise infomercial who had “squares on his stomach”. I thought to myself, “I want stomach squares too!” Several hundred situps later, I had the squares and the mind-blowing realization that exercise can change your body!

From then my passion for training grew. In 2007, after countless hours on courts, fields, dojos, and empty garages, I took my knowledge, experience, and love for health & exercise to the next level by becoming a certified personal trainer.

For the past 13 years I’ve had the pleasure of helping clients in Boston improve their health and wellness, becoming stronger, leaner, faster, and more energized. At the same time achieving some personal goals of winning the Fitness America FitModel Division and earning a blackbelt in Japanese Bujutsu.

I am thrilled to share what I have learned through my experiences with my clients, friends, and anyone who wants to listen. It’s my life’s work to help others transform their mind and body. Feel free to reach out anytime you want to talk shop!
