Provided a robust foundation for me to begin my career in personal training. The hands on experience they provide is so key to the learning and absorption of knowledge gained in every class. This is the biggest reason why I went to AAPT and it did not let me down. My instructor was Mark Samara - he is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and super knowledgeable guy who practices what he preaches. He made class all the more fun and interesting with his passion and positive energy.
