Description

Thai massage, also called Nuad Boran, is a traditional healing practice from Thailand. It combines acupressure on energy pathways (“sen”) with yoga-like stretches and deep tissue work. Therapists use their hands, elbows, and even feet to manipulate the body on a floor mat, improving flexibility, circulation, and promoting relaxation– all without oils or lotions.

Upon competition of this course you will be able to perform a 1.5- 2 hour Thai Massage. Helping clients improve their ROM, increase their energy flow, and relieve tension throughout their body.
